Full stop in word

Weird request, however I'm in the process of formatting my dissertation and have just read this line

Leave three character spaces after full stops

BAH! Is there a quick way of doing this without going through 25,000 words looking for full stops and adding 2 spaces?

Three? Two? WTF?

I always use one.

And me usually, however they now want 3, I would have thought it's incorrect grammer?

Heres a sneaky little trick to make it seem longer. If your text is size 10 search every fullstop and set it to replace it with size 12 fullstop. Its unnoticable and adds prob 1 page for every 10

Its a bit dishonest but its helped pad stuff out in the past lol

haha, I don't need to pad out, I need to cut out about 5000 words
