I'm doing a sponsored enduro next month ( http://www.summitcycles.co.uk/enduro_09/index.html ) and after having a run on the likely course, my poor Malt 4 isn't brilliantly suited. Had a chat with a few locals, and they also advise that a full sus is recommended due to the nature of the day.

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughs on how I could have use of a capable full sus for the enduro?

I have contacted all the usual big retailers and a few LBS with all the replies thus far being a no go due to them already having a team they sponsor or no funds left.

Any ideas?

Stick with the hardtail, I ride round that area a lot on a 100mm hardtail and have never had problems. Only time I get on the full suss is if I am going to be out for more than 6 hours and need to ensure I dont get fatigue. The Dyfi is a fun and very technical enduro in comparison to most of the others but still not requiring a full suss to make it.
