I am looking to buy my first PC sim build, mainly to play simulation games and msfs 2020 and any new demanding games now and in the future. So what is your opinion of the below specs for a build?

should have safe amount for a good wide screen or 4k monitor with G-sync

If you're looking to play simulation games, I'd probably take a step up to an 8 core processor. I also think that the volume of storage is rather large, can't say for certain what your needs are, but doubt 3TB of storage will be necessary.
Otherwise it looks fine.
