Full system, no Gfx card

Hi,

I'm building a new system, will be reusing an old 750Ti for now as I don't have gaming requirements.

Don't need anything more than 256GB of storage because everything will be in the cloud.

I have OS, and all peripherals also.

Any help would be appreciated.

OP what do you use your system for then?
 
Thanks guys! I've just been told I can have my friend's 600W modular Corsair PSU so that alters the price!

I mainly do application development, but I'd like to have a system where I can add a good gfx card in the future and be able to play most games.

I don't mind spending my budget if it gets me i7/16GB ram etc that will see me for a little while longer.
