Full system spec needed. £850

A friend of mine is looking to build a PC. He has a budget of £850 and he is a gamer. He'll need the following:

CPU, GPU, Mobo, HDD, Case, RAM, PSU, Sound Card, TV Card, Monitor and Windows 7 64 bit and probably some extra cooling i.e case fans, CPU cooler

Any help would be appreciated

previously i have always bought all my components separately from ocuk and built it myself.

this last time i bought an ocuk pre built machine. i spent half the money to you budget and its a fantastic! no regrets at all

Mine isn't upto your needed stuff (no Win7 or Monitor) but tone parts down and you should be able to reach getting a Win7 copy and monitor

ps - this was already done by me last week, but for a diff spec
