Full systems with no fans, advice please

I'm a bit out the loop about PC parts but I see quite a few systems with cases with no or 1/2 case fans and no option to add more fans. For example: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ocuk...force-rtx-3080ti-pro-gaming-pc-fs-1el-og.html
If I bought this right now the case would have no fans other than the AIO in a 4K system. I'm I missing something obvious?

That particular case just doesn't come with fans. It's to give flexibility, to be fair in most cases the stock fans are rubbish and you end up paying for fans you won't use.

I'm making the assumption you're buying a pre-built either for convenience or because you don't feel comfortable/have the knowledge to build, but adding fans is pretty simple.

I'm sure OCUK would also add fans if you contact them and let them know your requirements.

I have bought two systems from OC before and were ready out the box. I dont understand why they are selling high end systems with no or not enough case fans preinstalled or a option to add some, I know they would if you asked. I'm not bashing OC they have given me two good systems but it doesnt make sense, seems like a oversight. If someone spent 4K on a custom build thats been tested, they would expect everything to be ready out the box. If I didnt do more research I could have bought the system thinking its ready out the box like my last two.
