Full upgrade time? For 4K Ultra Gaming

My current rig:

Gpu: 2x EVGA TITAN X Superclocked
Cpu: 3930K
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Rampage IV Extreme (Intel X79)
SSD: 2x 500gb Samsung 840 pro
Ram: 64gb Corsair Dominator Platinum (2400)

Can't quite cut it at 4k for the likes of GTA5 any more than high settings it will drop below 60fps.

If i upgrade I'm looking at getting 2x EVGA 1080TI with a I7 7700K possibly going to need a new motherboard ect...?

I would just replace the GPUs with 1080Tis to begin with. 4K tends to be more GPU than CPU limited, your 3930K is still a decent chip.

Agree with Daaaveee. Just get new gpus and be done with it. Your cpu is still very good and 4k is totally gpu limited anyway.

Also any difference buying from Nvidia or EVGA?

CPU should be ok, overclocking it would help.

No difference, same product.
