Full VR Support Added to IL2

Typical - unable to start the bloody thing :)

Keeps saying it's running first time setup then bombs out once it tries to install the MS VC package... UGH!!!

Steam says Battle of Moscow is a DLC that requires BOS to play... but their website doesn't say this is required, so not sure exactly what's going on there. I'm not sure which version is best, or what the real difference are as I'm only getting back into it now that it supports VR.
