My wife booked 2 tickets to see Joe Bonamassa in Cardiff in April (first time she's ever bought tickets) and she was charged exactly double the face value by Viagogo. Probably nothing I can do about it now but I'm going to try for a refund anyway. :mad:

I highly doubt you’ll get a refund. You’ll have to sell them on if you can or just go and enjoy it

She did it as a surprise for my birthday, it's a surprise alright. It even says face value is £70 each on email confirmation yet she's been charged £360.

Perhaps get her some glasses for her birthday or enroll her in a GCSE maths course

If the order confirmation says £140 plus I guess a small booking fee then it's way off what's been put through on the card. Contact the credit card company and put a claim in.

Via gogo are a ticket reseller..they sell well above face value.

Not a chance youll get a refund so i wouldnt even try.
