My wife booked 2 tickets to see Joe Bonamassa in Cardiff in April (first time she's ever bought tickets) and she was charged exactly double the face value by Viagogo. Probably nothing I can do about it now but I'm going to try for a refund anyway.

Annoying and I bet all tickets sold out through legitimate means as people bought them to sell on viagogo.

If the order confirmation says £140 plus I guess a small booking fee then it's way off what's been put through on the card. Contact the credit card company and put a claim in.

Via gogo are a ticket reseller..they sell well above face value.

Not a chance youll get a refund so i wouldnt even try.

Ticket price is often based on an event's popularity, ticket availability and the original cost of acquiring the tickets, including service and delivery fees. Face value per ticket (excluding fees): USD US$ 94.49

Number of Tickets: 2
Total Charge: $493.28

Yes she's been a naive fool but I forgive her.:)
