Ok long story short.

Im trying to get a full set of these LOTR things for a birthday present for a man-baby and firstly im a bit saddened by the price but whatever, but, if i buy a box of these so called MYSTERY bag things, will i get all the characters?

Does 1 box = Everything i guess im going to have to find a retail shop that sells an unopened box? Anyone know this is how it works

Heres an ebay link to the product - i dont think it contradicts ocuk rules.... 80 Euro FML :(

God knows where to post this GD can laugh at me i dont care :p

Does he collect the key rings? I know people that collect the big head figurines and have spent a fortune doing so, crazy. Apparently there are a lot of fakes about as well so I'd be cautious about any cheap collection sets.

Not really a collector no but is into board games and all that stuff. yes there are 10000s i have bought one before but its these setboxes i really need to know. Only a shop guy will be able to tell me. I might as well just fire off an email. Ill give it 24h.

Someone here might work in a shop or be into them.

I wish they made battleships dressed as Japanese schoolgirls because i would buy all of them

I wish I'd come up with the idea of these. I can't believe the amount of adults that buy these and store/display them in their boxes. Mystery boxes are a lottery, it doesn't mane you will get them all. I use popinabox for my childrens pops.

Personal experience from the Funko batman minifigs...

If you look at the bags/box, they have a rarity value written on them - typically in 12s (1 in 12, 1 in 24 etc etc)

A full box would guarantee all the 1 in 12s (5 or 6 of the figures at a guess?), some repeats of those, and 2 of the rarer (I'd guess the clear figures, the Nazghul and gollum) - so no, a full box wouldn't guarantee all of them.

If you can find anywhere that sells them, they are easyish to work out from squeezing the bags - I got to a point where I could work out different batmen based on feeling for the cowl slant :D

lol. Well i live in the end of nowhere so i wont be feeling anything, just self loathing. i just want the main characters to make a little diorama thing for him..

This is not gonna be worth the cost is it ... :P

No. Sorry :D

As a fellow man-baby, I appreciate the effort you've gone to already - my wife won't even step into Forbidden Planet :(.

I feel your pain there! Whenever I drag her in there it's like I've asked to have relations with her mother! My few figures are currently in exile in the garden house as are all my manga books.

They don't understand us!

The keyring blind bags will not be a full set in a full box unfortunately as shorttricky said. The only times I have seen a full box getting you the full set is for something like - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Funko-My...424110?hash=item34296ec2ee:g:15wAAOSwbZpe16vy - then you get a full set of 12 different. I know as I have brought a full set of X-Men ones before :whistles: - but obviously you need to find somewhere selling a sealed box and not just 12 individual boxes.

This place - https://toysforapound.com/ - occasionally sells the minis in full boxes at £1 an individual - this is where I got the X-Men ones from as £12 for all 12 aint so bad.

All my books were exiled to the bedroom where "no-one will ever see them". She now has to sleep under the watchful gaze of a tower of bookcases full of graphic novels and toys. She regrets her previous decision :D

Has this man-baby signed a Funko Pops contract with his significant other?

It's good sense to ensure that this is all covered in a legal document to protect one's assets in the event of a messy breakup or divorce.

I've got one of these, she sits on the top shelf of my radio shack and keeps an eye on me.

I'm not one to judge. When I was a younger I was addicted to pokemon cards and threw every penny I had at them. When i was 26 i allowed myself to purchase one more box for old times sake, costing £360 now due to the rarity. Opening them felt awesome, but I've shut that door now for the good of my sanity and wallet :p
