I know someone who had to ring tech support about a game he'd bought and said he wanted to talk to someone about 'Day of the Testicle'. He immediately put the phone down, rang back a while later and was asked if he was the guy who wanted to know about testicles.

Of course it was the same woman who answered both times :-)
