Yeah, I believe so. If you add good content and it's approved and not altered or changed then it's there for all the World to see. Well, that's what I've been led to believe anyway.

It doesn't have to be approved, it's just there for the world to see. However for every vandal that comes along and does that to a page, there are dozens more who will look out for it and fix it.

Yup, anyone can create or edit pages. There are a few such as core templates and the front page which are structured on the commons first then pushed to the front page once a consensus is reached.
