sorry but just seems weird 4890 that never goes above 50 on very high setting for crysis i'm just thinking a temp sensor could be faulty

Did it give a GPU score.. and CPU Score?
It should give those along with the Main Total

i think it must be a furmark problem as my score in furmark is in the 4000's but my 3d mark score is ony in the 10000's
you double checked your furmark settings and tbh i don't use it for benching just mainly use it for gpu high burn test so i can change and monitor different fan profiles.
the only real bechmark is what your happy with if ur games look good and run well then don't worry about bench mark scores

it's called google thousands of guides on there but it's very simple to use.
if u need a guide to use CCC then i would say read up on overcloacking Graphics cards first otherwise you'll have a very exspensive paper weight
