Fury of Dracula 3rd edition

If you love the original than definitely. Not sure on the changes between 1st and 2nd editions, but there's an excellent dice tower video comparing the 2nd and 3rd and I can only assume that 2nd was a decent step up from 1st.

Component quality is excellent and the new map is fair amount larger, I like the new combat system too.

1st edition was the 1987 Games Workshop game. 2nd edition was a distinct step down from that.

I really like the look of this one, but as someone who already has Letters from Whitechapel I'm not sure if this is sufficiently different to justify owning both?

Of course with that said, I'll probably end up purchasing it anyway... ;)

I think it is different enough to justify owning both, though I'd say once you play Dracula with a good group that whitechapel may start gathering dust at least my copy did.

I really need to get this, need to convince the missus it'll be a great game for the game nights we have with friends. We normally stick with co-op stuff like Zombicide or Pandemic but I think this should fit in well.

It sort of is coop for the hunters & playing with full player count is great for the Dracular player also as he gets to hear the hunters talking about where he is all the while planning his escape from them...I just love it!
