Fuse for PC and monitor

I've just looked at the plugs for my PC and monitor. One has a 13 amp fuse, the other a 10 amp. This seems very high. Shouldn't they be more like 5 amp?

if theyre the fuses that were in there originally i wouldnt bother swapping them about

Your PC and monitor don't draw anywhere near 10amps each (that is 2300 Watts!). But if something fails and shorts even a 13 amp fuse will soon blow so there is nothing to worry about.
