Future proof monitor

I need a monitor for PS4 for a while but I am planning on a PC build and a PS5 in the near future.

I would like to use this monitor as a secondary or even primary pc monitor when it comes to that so I am not afraid to spend up to £500. If it can be the primary for my ps5 as well then even better.

Has anyone got any recommendations or advice?

I've been looking at the s2721dgf or the Asus vg279qm but I really don't know a lot about monitors.

I should probably mention my set up once the house move has happened will be a dual monitor set up with a TV slightly above. This probably limits my to 32" max if it will be my primary PC monitor then I can get a smaller, cheaper one for next to it.
