I am planning to build a high performance gaming PC and am just wandering what PSU I should buy? I want it to be future proof so when i upgrade later i dont have too little power for the new system. Also while im at it i was wandering what are the differences between the thermaltake tsunami and the soprano?? they seem almost the same except there outer looks but differ in price??

I would get either the Fotron (FSP) Epsilon 600W/700W or Seasonic S12 600W. The Fortron 600w is probably the best value of these at £82 from OcUK which is actually a great price. The S12 is just a shade quieter.

Yep i would go for the FSP too (as i have just posted in another thread) i went through loads of PSU's in my new crossfire system and the 700w FSP epsilon was the only one that could handle it. Its very quite too and the fans seem to move quite a lot of air out of my system. Of course it might get noisey later on but so far im very impressed and it seems like a well built bit of kit.
