Fuzzy screen?

Hey guys, just got an awesome computer from overclockers, the ultima viper with a GTX 460, windows 7 and a 40GB ssd.

It's pretty much perfect except since this evening the screen has started going fuzzy, like everything on the screen is wiggling, it's really strange...I can't for the life of me think what's wrong with it.

Any ideas? I don't think it's the screen's fault since when it goes fuzzy I can bring up the monitor's menu which isn't fuzzy at all, bleh.

I have to restart each time it happens which is a bit annoying when I'm doing something on 3ds max or playing a game having to restart every hour. Tis annoying.

If anyone has any idea of what's going on I'd be most grateful.

Hey, it's a Samsung B2330H 23" Widescreen LCD Monitor.
I'm using the VGA cable that came with it, I can't test it on an HD TV until I get an HDMI cable, sorry.
I do hope it isn't major, tis annoying though.

Yeah I made sure the drivers were up to date when I got it.
Nope sorry, no DVI cable that I'm aware of.
Yeah the resolution on the video card is 1920x1080.

Before I went out tonight it was actually happened maybe once or twice an hour, been on the computer almost 2 hours now and yet to have a problem, think it was a one off?

Probably will get a DVI cable then.
Twice I was playing a game, one time I was messing around in 3ds max and the other two times I was just on the internet or idling with music on.
