FX-53 or not ?

i currently have a 3500+ Venice and i've spotted a used FX-53 for about £40

the stepping thingy is ADAFX53DEP5AS (AAABC 0407WPAW)

the only difference i'm aware of is the SSE3 instructions.

could anyone tell me if this upgrade is worth it and what other things i should be aware off

If you look on the Bid History of this item you can see "pwrb2403" pushed the item up by 50 quid with multiple bids! argh what an idiot. "bobbyacid" seems to have done the same thing :S
