Got these recordings while playing Watch dogs, everything on high for about 1-2 hours. Thanks in advance.

The CPU fan is running at 100% constantly, which certainly isn't ideal. I'd look at maybe upgrading it to a better cooler, that doesn't need to spin anywhere hear as fast to keep the same temps, it'd also reduce your system's noise if you were to replace it, Win Win :)

Looking at the temps again I think the case cooling needs looking at ,CPU temp is ok , but the hot air doesn't look like its going anywhere.

Shouldn't affect the lifespan running it at 100%. It's a quiet cooler too, although generally I recommend setting the Qfan function to on in the BIOS.

I'm using the Zalman Z3-Plus case, so I'm not sure why the temps would be high inside the case. Just a question though.. should the fan on the CPU cooler be sucking in, or blowing out? It would make sense to be sucking in and exhausting out the top of the case, but I could be wrong.
