fx 9590 best cooling soliution ?

hello , I received a gift from a friend a new cpu fx 9590, but my current cooler cant hold it ( corsair h75) thinking about corsair 110i gt, NZXT X61 or deepcool captain 360, any advice ?? plus i need upgrade and my psu current corsair 850w thinking about evga supernova 1000w. i am not very good on building pc systems so tell my straight, 33
my current system
mobo: sabertooth 990fx r2.0
cpu: fx8350
gpu: gtx 970
psu: corsair 850w
ram: 16gb G.Skill Ripjaws-X
