FX4100 OCing

Hi,
my dad's computer has as the title suggests an FX4100 (wasn't my recommendation, but oh well), which is running annoyingly slowly, does anyone know of a guide for overclocking these, or could point me in the direction of the sort of voltages suitabe for 4 to 4.5 GHz?
EDIT: Core temp and AOD both read temperatures of between 8 and 16 degrees C, any ideas?

Plus I wouldn't recommend doing it on a cheap PSU..... nor increasing volts too high if you have a stock heatsink make sure to keep an eye on temps
