Can someone please explain exactly how to enable this form of anti aliasing?

Do you diasble all AA in game? Do you need to enable other types in the Control Panel, then enable FXAA? I'm a little confused.

What card do you have?

If you have AMD you can use RadeonPro and setup game profiles and enable AA that way.
FXAA isn't the best anyway you know it blurs the edges, use SMAA much better.

You can use FXAA injector or sweetFX witch is SMAA for this you download the files and place inside the game folder.

And for other question yes turn off in game AA :D

FXAA isn't the best choice in games that don't support it natively - forcing it on will round off the edges of text and overly blurr some stuff - in games that properly support it these can be rendered differently to get a much better quality. While FXAA has its uses if you have the GPU horse power to use other methods then they are usually a better option.
