Finally upgraded my HTPC to something that will be able to handle transcoding.
MSI ProBox 130, i5 4590, 8GB, Geforce 210. Nice quiet rig.
Then my TV starts restarting every few seconds. I spend hours trying to diagnose the problem, swapping cables, different monitors, bypassing the amp.
Turns out the issue is with the LG TV ( 42LM6200 ), more specifically, with Plex Media Server.
If you have PMS running anywhere on the network, the tv will restart.
Anyway, factory reset (you can't just 'forget' the wifi connection)...and is all working fine again. Thought it might save someone some frustration!
