Is it set to run on startup (and failing to open), or is it just not set to run at all? You can check this easily with Autoruns.
Is "Always start after logging in" checked in Menu -> Settings in the G-Hub app? If it is, try unchecking/rechecking it to re-add the autorun entry if it doesn't already exist
Just download the ghub package and reinstall, it will retain all profiles and should fix this. Happens on my laptop all the time which is on insider builds.
Also found out this no longer works in safe mode as I found out when I tryed to update my nvida driver with DDU installer.
Seems its down to issues with the new rgb feature in the latest Windows.
