G.R.A.W single player demo

Over rated game for me had it and never really liked it, where as bf2 for example i think is far superior and gets a lower review, ill ignore reviews from now on.

I've always ignored them :)

I havent tried graw on single player but thought the multiplayer was very overrated.

I have however just purchased bf2 for the 360 :)

Some of my favourite games have received average or indifferent reviews, and vice versa :)

Personally I think an awful lot of games are overrated, and you might only find one or two review sites going against the majority view.

The single player game has too many faults to list but the multiplayer is a nice change of pace from COD2. BF2 looked ok from the demo but can't see the cooperation needed happening on Live tbh.

With people saying that it is hard to always agree with reviews (which kinda goes with out saying) surely the best thing is that with the 360, you can get demo's for free. It is often overlooked, but I think it is a huge advantage.

GRAW is an excellent game tho'. I have only played it single player so far, but it is a lot of fun.

I don't understand people who say it's difficult. I'm no great shakes but I didn't find it too bad. Challenging yes...but not frustratingly so. It needs to be played in a completely different way to other FPS's.

Personally, I think it's the 2nd best game on the 360 do far (pipped to the post by Oblivion).

It's not the difficulty that's the problem, I enjoy a challenge. It's things like the juddery controls, the fact that you can crawl on your belly almost faster than you can run in a crouch, the stupidly slow panning when zoomed in. It just seems like lots of things added in the name of realism just make it a chore to play.

Thankfully they ditched most of that for the multiplayer.

This is one game that I disliked when I first got it, wasnt impressed in the slightest. Noticed a lot of people on here playing it so gave it a shot on the multiplayer, doing the co-op missions.

And thats turned this to my most played game of late. Ive started to get into the single player aspect too now, and really starting to appreciate the game. I think it just needs a little bit of time.

The multiplayer really comes into its own when you have a good team to work alongside, who are actually interested in the objectives, and communicate throughout.

Hopefully this will presuade a few more people to pick up the game, and then will join our multiplayer campaigns :)
