I know your a busy bee 8 Pack but just wondered if you could point me in the right direction with the above memory (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-082-GS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=2424) and getting the 'most' from the system for benching.
CPU is a 4690k which happily sits at 4.7GHz at 1.26v (possibly lower too) however 4.8GHz doesn't seem stable at anything up to 1.32v. What would be the absolute maximum voltage for benching with?
Motherboard is ASUS M6 Ranger
Cache is set to 4.5GHz, using XMP Profile 1 on the memory i've managed to get the following - http://i59.tinypic.com/o60mt4.png
I've tried setting 2600 with everything stock and system loops on reboot. I've tried lowering CAS to 9 or tRDC & tRP to 11 and it loops on reboot.
I've tried memory voltage at 1.75v but this doesn't appear to help.
I know it's not a motherboard issue as I get the same results on a Z87X-OC board.
All voltages are auto apart from CPU input at 1.9v and core at 1.26v
I've tweaked some of the timings based on your other threads on here but I'd imagine they could probably be tweaked further. After looking around i'm lead to believe this is Samsung double sided memory
