I've already asked Gibbo and he has ordered them today (see here). They're rated for 800MHz but easily reach 1000MHz and beyond. So, you can go upto 4.5GHz on your E6600 with the right cooling.

Don't buy the ZX just yet

^^ See above, especially if you want to overclock a long way and are getting a good motherboard, since the E6600 looks like it might just go further than 3.6Ghz on good air cooling (we can dream

To hit 4.5 you'll need phase, a basic ss unit like a vapo LS. Air ya looking 3.5+/- as my ES E6700 did 3.7Ghz!!!
