G.Skill DDR2-800 CL4-4-3-5 memory

Are the latency figures right? I've never seen the last one below 10 before so I'm guessing it's a typo.

Aside from that, I need some memory for my upgraded system and I was wondering whether there'd be any point getting 3Gb (2x1 + 2x.512)? I'm on XP 32-bit.

G.Skill themselves list the HK as being 4-4-3-5.

32bit XP will see and use 3gb so there's no reason not to use it.

Which motherboard do you have?

That board will be fine with two 1gb and two 512mb sticks.
