Right, I have these, and am struggling to get them stable above 860MHz. What sort of settings are people using to get them higher?
And where do I set my command rate (1T or 2T) on my DS3?

Basically, I'm looking for voltages, timings and anything else that might help, especially in combination with my DS3. I know its no thte CPU, as that is 12 hours prime stable at at least 470 FSB.

So any help would be appreciated.

What are you running at the mo? Afaik intel always runs 2T so no need to worry there..
Timings wise, hit 460mhz with mine @ 4,3,4,12 on AOpen YDG and Yonah T2600ES. Thats with 2.2v iirc. Another set brought at the same time does the same FSB/timings with lower voltage.

currently 430MHz, 4-4-4-12 with 2.0V

I'm also looking to see what other settings I can changes, especially what the best (G)MCH, FSB and PCI-E volatages might be.

Right, fixed my inability to go stable above 430 FSB, got an 80mm amber mounted on top of them, and their now sitting here happy at 440 FSB. Will test them properly overnight.

They are tested and advertised at 2.1v by G-skill. Try putting the voltage up a touch and try to go higher.

Im interested in this as mine turn up tomorrow with the rest of my kit. :D

Nah, i tried it at 2.1V, on the sticker on the ram itself it says 2,0-2,1V, and it seems very happy at 2.0V, and less stable at higher volts.

Now appears stable enough at 450FSB, will be slowly taking it up more. lets hope I can hit 500 :)

The newer batches are D9 GMH and yea they should scale to over 500 with a little voltage boost.
Played a little more with mine running the Merom, managed 420fsb 3,3,3,4 timings which aint too shabby :D

been in touch with g.skill about this, mine do 1000 no problem with cpu around stock overclock anything i can only get about 975 or so, something to do with TRD being too low or hi (cant remember what he said ;) ) with high fsb, currently running at 470 or 940 with 4-4-4-12 2.1v cpu at 3.38ghz

different mobo tho :(

Bradmax57,

What BIOS, 1305? Also which voltage are you running for Vcore and MCH? Are you on air, if so what? Many Thanks.

Thanks for that, think I'll stick with 1.4 on air, getting a bit toasty already.
really how toasty is toasty? im at 30C idle at 1.55v i know its water but i thought these things ran cool

It's not so much the idle, it's the load that bothers me, (especially since I've used "Core Temp" to measure it), I was getting into the 60's at 1.425  and that's bothering me somewhat.

I think Core temp measures a different point to Asus Probe and is supposed to be more accurate (purely hearsay though).
