Anyone have experience with their RMA procedure?
Anyone have experience with their RMA procedure?
Nope, but I'd be interested to hear which model and what the problem is out of interest?
It was decent experience.
Had 1 stick become faulty, tested with memtest, confirmed, wrote to CS, next day they emailed me RMA form to fill with RMA number.
Had to post to Netherlands, but that was about it.
Turnaround was just few days. Return was with TNT.
it was a kit of 2.
1 stick faulty but told me to post both.
replacement was brand new sealed kit.
