With new prices on memory rocketing, we can't even do that on a value 1333MHz kit, let alone anything faster.

why is the memory pricing going up?. the pound is strong should be seeing more ram for me £ hynix haven't had another fire?.. guess the market will bear the higher prices, so they will be charged accordingly

Production lines are being closed down for NAND production and DDR4 production.

DDR3 won't be cheap again now, its game over for cheap prices unfortunately.
