G.Skill RMA - Alternatives offered

Hi, RMA'd my G.Skill 4400 LE TCCD as a stick went bad.

since they are no longer manufactured, I have been offered:
G.Skill PC3200 2GB HX (2x 1024MB)

G.Skill 1GBFC PC4400 2.5-4-4-8

I was thinking of going for the 2GB and then running it on dividers...

what do you guys think ?

Definately take the 2Gb HZ, thats an awesome offer

its the HX, top in the list here http://www.gskill.com/en/ddr.html

I think they are not good as good as HZ...

HX uses Infineon Ce-6 chips, not sure if they're any good
