We are on 1.15 mate VTT and VCCSA . DRAM 1.65 - 1.67v

VCCSA Current up to 120% with a mild LLC on it.

Out of interest did you see those tight thirds I posted for you in the Samsung thread???

To all using Trident X on Rampage 4 with performance mode 2 you must manually set TRTP and TWTR to 5, the board sets 4 and this will not boot with these hynix evan with Z77 and top IMC. I spotted this with this clock and set seconds tight but manually to allow for it.

MemTest completed a Pass with no errors (with 1.650 V for ram)

However running Intel Bench and Prime 95 Blend were unstable. (BSOD 050)

This was using 104x44 (4575)

I have since used the following settings which were stable.

Having seen other Maxxmem score, this seems pretty low? is this a X79 thing?

Look forward to your next suggestions as i feel i maybe missing out on something for the 104x44

Chat later over MSN

Cheers, i seem to require over 1.2v on both for 2333MHz now, used to be a lot lower, seriously think i've degraded this chip (3930K).

Yeah i got those, cheers dude, work very nicely and improve latency more than expected.

Hmm just benched 3D Mark 11 at 4.6 and 5.1 Ghz

4.6 = 11590 (GPU 11348 CPU 15300)
5.1 = 11660 (GPU 11348 CPU 16700)

Not sure why the scores are basically the same. I normally get a 400 - 600 point increase from the speed increase.

X79 is **** on maxmem yes. I actually held the record for that bench on HWbot for a while Ivy and even SB at lower frequency is better.

If it passed Memtest then the issue is IMC not timings, we will look at this later as PCI and BLK offsets may help us as we cant give much more juice to IMC for 24/7 for benching its possible though.

Don't use Intel Burn test it destroys\ shortens the life span of CPU even Intels own engineers don't use it and they cringe at how its been used by users too. One pass is enough if you insist.

We will talk on MSN yes as the memory is stable with no CPU overclock. IMC 's can become flacky at higher mhz on CPU. Maybe the 125 strap 131 BLK is teh way to go here as originally thought.

im on now if you are free.

Quickly tried 125x 35 with those settings and get a code 79, not sure why im having no luck with the 125 strap.

*update* Logged in now with 131 x 35. For some reason, i wont boot when using an offset. Changing it to a fixed vcore worked
