G-Sync, Free-sync or No-sync?

i have got the Dell coupled to a 980 and i have to say G-sync is the best upgrade i have made in a long time. It makes games So much smoother i cant say how much i would never go back. Not seen Free-sync but heard mixed reviews mainly down to it being open source and some monitor manufacturers taking the whizz.
Get the Dell you will not be disappointed. I really cant describe how Gsync has changed PC gaming for me. But i do have a complete hate for tearing and stutter. Weirdly i get more frames going to 1440p over 1080p in some games so Gsync really does give you a lovely boost and even if you drop to 30-40fps (ultra grass in GTA V) you dont notice the drop thanks to Gsync.
