G-Sync or SLI?

Hey guys, looking at 21:9 1440p monitors and I'm wondering if I should either add another 980 Ti to my rig and go for a monitor without G-Sync; or stick with one card and go for a G-Sync monitor, as the price difference is about the same.

What are your thoughts?

I'll Echo what everyone else has said.

I currently have a 980ti plus 1440p g-sync monitor, I added a second 980ti but quite honestly apart from the FPS counter showing a higher number it really didn't add anything to my experience and only really caused a few issues with SLI being fairly poorly supported recently.

So I sold the second GPU last week and again, thanks to g-sync if I turn the FPS counter off I couldn't tell you I only had 1 card working away apart from one or two moments (and I mean a few seconds) in Witcher 3 with hair-works turned on.

Pretty convincing statements here guys. Guess I'm plonking out £1000 on a monitor at some point then lol.

If your wanting a 34" I'd wait a week or two as the Asus ROG should finally be out and might make pricing changes on other monitors.
