Yep and works well for me. One thing I have noticed though is that every time I restart my computer, I then have to go back into the NCP and turn FastSync back on, as it reverts to G-Sync only. Proper annoying, as the NCP takes an age to open as well
Yes, why is Nvidia Geforce Experience taking so long to open now??
