So I think you this year hates me first 470 failed and now I think my 480 is, game use it's fine however any videos on YouTube or Netflix once I put them in full screen it just flashes green every few seconds and back to normal and does it again, only way to stop is if I exit full screen mode, at random as well the system will pause if I start YouTube but does resume in few seconds. In games though no issues at all. This is on a clean install and new drivers.

Update adobe flashplayer, etc or try a diffrent browser.
Done all that, im getting watt man errors too now, never touched watt man, as i say this is all on a clean install too.
Just booted up Netflix and its showing corruption now and flashes screen even quicker, try youtube and doesnt flash screen but corruption happens, pfff >.< ill bench it again see what happens as earlier on i didnt have corruption

I've found lasted build/update of Win10/Creators (second one having just been released) along with AMD 17.4.4 drivers aren't the best! AMD software installed recommends 17.4.3 version over 4.4 . even MS advising people to stop forcing creators edition update on their systems ...
I think latest windows build is 1507.... Might be worth checking what one your running along with AMD driver version.
If your playing games fine, something driver side is up ( seems new windows update even stops 3 major games from working - can't remember which 3 off the top of my head)

I'm on one of the 17 drivers but I stopped the Windows update when I did clean install as I'm aware of created update issue from work, it's working in games still however YouTube now works in full screen but the corruption still there, Netflix is corruption in normal mode and once full screen just flashes black and green, also now it says freesync isn't supported when that's not the case :/

very odd, sounds more like drivers then hardware issue. Are you running Radoen/AMD 17.4.4 driver which is the latest? seems they recommend 17.4.3 over it for the time being
but could be a faulty Hardware fault. Have you contacted OCUK if you got it from there?
I got it from where I work, So returning it's not an issue I plan on doing it tomorrow to see, if it acts any different on another system. I'm not having much luck with the 4 series and cards this far I had a 470 fail too. I'll double check the drivers later when I can I'm sure it is 17.4.3, I have some pics n vids I'll put up too just need to get them off phone
Card confirmed as faulty, Barely used but 3 months old gutted so have to send off for repair, this is now 2nd AMD 4 series product to fail, Kind of regret leaving team green atm! Had to happen just as i finally got my ideal PC built and games room fully finished

Gutted, RMA for their GPU and Mobo are UK side so hopefully quick turn around unless your seller/distribution offers straight replacement ?
As it's outside first month has to go off to gigabyte, tbh my 480 isn't the first one I have seen have this fault:/

Gigabyte reps are good at checking GPU and Mobo RMAs on here so if anything does 'take its time' or not going smoothly post up here and they'll normally kick someone to see what's going on
