G11 owners

I can also confirm that its the size of a flight deck. Also its ugly as sin when you have it in front of you.
 
It's arrived this morning. :)

Its not wider than the saitek eclipse 3 but is a bit taller. I'm missing my brighter lit keys already cos the light on this is very dim compared to a nice strong brightness on the saitek and i miss the red colour light too. :(

But the quality seems a lot better than the saitek, the keys are quieter, they feel a little nicer tho not by much.

The wristrest is nicer but also seems it could break easily from the hinges.

Typing i will have to get used to on this new one as the keys are slightly diff size and shape on places. Glad i got the UK version as snowdog said his is small enter key and this one is a nice big fat inverted L one. :)

The hight adjustment is too low it could have done with a bit more of a boost imo. As when lying on bed typing i cant see the keys tho mostly i dont look at the keyboard when typing as now but sometimes i need to find a key then know where im typing from then on if you get my meaning.

One thing good tho is that it isnt as black and glossy as the saitek was so hopefully wont get dust all over like the saitek and look old in a day lol.

Edit: Just noticed the left Ctrl is very hard to press down properly it keeps sticking somehow. Anyone else got this?

Does anyone else have this difficulty with some keys like the left ctrl been pressed not dead center on the key but sides of it especially the left bottom. Didnt get this on any other keyboard like saitek just wondering if its normal or not as im not liking the difficulty in pressing keys smoothly and quickly. Also damn noisy the keys i think, very stiff these are.
 
it does catch but not like that. i didn't even notice it did it slightly up until now that i looked for it.
 
no mine doesnt catch at all, my backspace key has started sticking now though but I have had the keyboard about 2 n half years i think now
 
Yes my G11 is getting RMA today as the left shift key is exactly like that, very annoying in COD MW2 multiplayer!! If you don't hit the key exactly centre it sticks like hell!!:eek:

My left ctrl key sometimes doesn't depress smoothly if I don't press it very accurately. Happened about 3 times a year though.
