Helloall, recently got the G13 keyboard from Logitech, but have a question regarding the thumb stick. I've seen various posts abiut making it a emulated or emulator thumb stick. I was just wondering what excately that is? I've got it set up to go forward, back and side to side in games like COD4/5, etc but also use the buttons in the middle of the keyboard to move.
So just wondering what does making it a emulator do to it and does it improve it in some way?
Thanks all for any help with this.

I'd assume it means for emulator software. For example, if you have a PS2 game and a PS2 emulator, you can use that thumbstick to emulate a stick on the controller. Just a thought, but can you map it to the mouse? It'd be great for minute adjustments in photoshop and stuff.

I use it just on the pc, so i assume then it wont make much difference to me then! Has for the photoshop, according to the logitech forum you cant match movements to the mouse, but someone said you can with the G9 mouse, using the G9 software! You can set up macros on the G13 for photoshop though, i did see a post somewhere about that!

Shame about not being able to use as a mouse input. What I meant by the PS2 emulator was playing PS2 games ON your PC. I don't know if it's legal, but I think that's what that person meant.
