G15 & iTunes

Using Windows 7, iTunes 9.

I can no longer control iTunes with my Keyboard which is quite irritating. I have had a Google and the only suggestions are to reinstall iTunes which I really don't want to do.

Any ideas?

Why don't you want to reinstall itunes? If you make a backup of your itunes folder (the one that has xml and .itl file for library) you won't lose playcounts or anything.

Try reinstall the gamepanel manager.

I thought it might screw up my iTunes and syncing with my iPhone, Will give it a og tomorrow.

the thing i found happen with mine is when game panel some how sets the control buttons to media player :S

I reinstalled game panel to the newest version and it solved it.

I had the exact same problem. However, I found a .dll file online which you put into the itunes directory which lets you control itunes even when it isn't the active window!

So for example, if you had a full screen game open you can still skip/pause etc your music.

If you're interested I can email you the file (I can't find the site I got it from).

You don't need that .dll file to control itunes from the G15 when it is not in focus, mine has always done it.
