g15 keyboard help please

so recently bought a logitech g15 v2 i have it installed on a windows 7 64bit running logitech gaming software version 8.40.

my problem being is that i cannot get the screen to display anything but the g15 logo i have looked in the logitech software and it says the apps it comes with are running i have pressed all buttons around the screen with absouletly no effect.

any help would be much appreciated.

The g15/18 can be a bit weird, my display almost always messes up when resuming from sleep (if you ask them it's a fault with motherboards, apparently -all- motherboards).

That said, I can usually exit the software from right-clicking the icon in the system tray, then launching it again and the screen starts to work again. Beyond that I'd maybe try different USB ports (use USB 2) or try reinstall the drivers/software.

Thank you it was a USB issue.
Can't believe i didn't try that first lol
