G15 keyboard (lcd loading problem)

Hello

im running windows 7 64bit downloaded all the latest drivers from the website (running 0x0020 gaming software firmware) but all i get on the lcd is G15 logo and that's it any ideas on how to get the it to load alphas? i can use every other key find and the brightness setting for the lcd just nothing else =/

just cant see why it wont boot anything to the lcd screen am i missing something?

(if this is in the wrong forum sorry i did look but couldn't find anything)

You need to launch the Logitech Gaming Software to enable the functions you want.

its launched and installed and reinstalled and every gad dang thing i could think off lol!

im a tool its not a usb 3 keyboard i dont think so if you put it in a usb 3 slot it dose not tend to work
