hi folks,

recently went from a G15 to the G19 keyboard and i must say, i am finding it incredibly difficult to type on the G19.

gaming is not too much of an issue, but just typing this post, i feel like i am having to slam each key to get it to register.

my G15 was brilliant and the keys all pressed down really easily. but the keys on the G19 feel far too resistant.

anyone else had the same problem?
does it go away after a bit of use?

i really like the features of the board but typing is kind of a large factor in using a computer and this is just making it a chore. :(

i know what you mean. feels sort of the same with my g11, but either i've got used to it now or i have softened the buttons up a bit

My G15 Rev1 was the same when I first got it - was like I had to hit the keys with a hammer to get them to do their thing... soon loosened up though (or my fingers got stronger...)

I had exactly the same problem. Rev2 g15 to the g19 about 6 months ago.. Keys didn't sort themselves out for a good few weeks, felt like I was learning the layout of a keyboard again.

keyboard now feels like the G15 so all ended up working fine for me in the end.
