G24q to E27 adapter?

Anyone used one? Suggested safe place to buy? Reading some horror stories about some sold by rainforest. Fire risk etc.

In a nearly 4 year old build and the 2 down stairs hall lights and upstairs hall lights are G24q but the rest of the house is B22 fittings. I can not find a G24q to B22 adapter but seen G24q to E27 while googling.

Would like LED daylight white bulbs in there.

Unless you really like the light fitting and it wont get mucked up with an adapter adding much more length to the bulb, then I would think it much better to replace that actual fitting. Only a few wires that you just replace like for like on the new fitting.

I am assuming the current fitting is a pendant so you can just buy either a whole new b22 pendant or just the b22 lampholdler and swap either the flex and lampholder or just lampholder - no need to replace the rose/base or dont need to risk disturbing the wiring
