G25 Steering Wheel + Test Drive U Shift Problems

I bought a G25 Steering wheel the other day. Got Test drive unlimited im having problems with the shifter in game. I think it something to do with the game.

When i set up the shifter for 1,2,3,4,5,6 Gear Manual it wont shift into gear for some odd reson, i know the game reconizes my shifter as when i set the controls for shift up and shift down it works fine, it just seems it wont work for individual gears.

Does anyone have this problem and is there a soloution to this problem?

Does it even support the H-pattern shifter? I can't recall hearing it does.

yes it does support it, but you only use the shifter in the cars that actually use a shifter - you're probably using a car with paddle shifters, which you can only use the gear up / down assignments for. took me ages to work that out too

I know appoligys for that, I reinstalled and put h shifter on and its working perfectly now very weird. Thanks for the help
