I reorganised my desk for a new case. I plugged my G27 back in as it was before and whenever I turned left or right in the slightest, it will automically go full left or full right. There is gradual turning as one would expect in game, or options etc.

Using Logitech Game Software/Profiler. It also happens when calibrating the device in Device Manager. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting and replugging but to no avail.
Windows 7 64 bit.

Tried several sites, but still cannot figure this one out.

Tried also, rebinding and un assigning the steering keys in game, but nothing.

Do you have a PS3 you can connect to see if the problem persists?

Sounds like the good old optical sensor problem and if this is the case, you can say goodbye to your G27 unless your confident in your own DIY skills, you can buy a new optical sensor and replace it yourself.

I had the same issue but I did a full os reinstall ( not due to this issue) and now it's ok
