G3220 Mobo?

Hello

I am looking for a low end Mobo to match up with a G3220?
A friend of mine wants a new "PC" and keeps telling me about these £299 towers in PC World.
So I am determined to put something together infinitely better for around the same money. But I am an I7 GTX780 kind of guy, and shopping at this end of the scale is new to me.
What is the difference between a H81 Chipset and the B85?
I think the H97 boards are over kill, and too much munneh for this budget.
