Just built a HTPC / steam machine with a g3258 & EVGA GTX 960 SSC.

Its got a Raijintek Zelos Low Profile CPU Cooler on it.

Currently got it at 1.3v @ 4.0ghz not ran any tests yet though still installed windows 10 and updates.

What can I expect to get out of it / max volts on this cooler?

nope if I touch the multiplier at all no matter what it wont boot. windows tiles comes on but restarts straight away.

No matter what voltage I set it still does it with anything other than stock speeds. any ideas?

msi h81m-p33 can adjust cpu voltage 1.3v, cpu input voltage 1.9v, VCCN 1.19v and it will boot at 32X multiplier but even if I change it to 33 it dies at the logo.

\according to cpuz and HWmonitor my core voltage is 0.152v is that right?

sorted the problem. It was windows 10 after build 10074 it fails to go past windows logo.

10074, win8 win 7 all overclock perfectly fine.

even did a fresh install of 10 and it would not boot. 4.0ghz on stock volts straight away now.

Hmm just hit this problem with the RTM version of enterprise :(

Looking for a way around it at the moment.
