G33 Boards? where did they go?

I was looking to build a cheap little beast... and was going to go for a Gigabyte G33M either DS2R or S2L MOBO. But hey no one is selling them anymore - anywhere!

So can anyone suggest an mATX alternative for lightly O.Cing an e5200? with 4-8GB DDR2 1066 RAM as well as a dedicated GFX card.
